Anubisss c399333b6b *Fix Sated and Exhaustion.

Anubisss 3e14909be5 *Ovverride value of Heroism's excludeCasterAuraSpell, because DBC has crap(0) value(interesting that Bloodlust has correct value). 
*This fix the bug that Heroism doesn't cast Exhaustion to the target.
