megamage 9f38d67f2e [8355] Implement QUEST_STATUS_FAILED and simplify related code. 
Use FailQuest for all quests that can fail and remove no longer needed function FailedTimedQuest.

*I strongly recommend you not to use this until you get the 313 db. Now all destructible buildings cause client crash.
