Spp ff89bad0fe Allow Battlegrounds and arenas to be disabled by DB. 
wtlk arenas disabled by default.

- Player will continue to see all bgs using UI, but won't be able to join disabled bg's
- Gossip menu not shown for disabled Bgs/arenas
- Id 6 disabled = all arenas disabled.
- Only id 6 arena enabled = Gossip shown but unable to join any arena

Machiavelli ce2d71e1d9 Add config option that determines the maximum allowed time between the last received CMSG_CHAR_ENUM and another incoming packet, and will disconnect the peer if this time limit is exceeded. 
In other words, a time limit in which idlers can stay logged in on the character selection screen before they are disconnected.
Fixes issue #335

Anubisss d9cb070215 Implement QueryResult_AutoPtr type which is ACE's reference counted auto_ptr(ACE_Refcounted_Auto_Ptr) for QueryResult pointers. 
Use this auto_ptr for every DB queries(except QueryNamedResult yet).

This patch guarantees NO memory leaks from QueryResult pointers.

Thanks to raczman for the idea and for the helping to make this patch.

n0n4m3 3fe0bc5254 Replaced time(NULL) on sGameTime.GetGameTime() this is used for better performance. 
Original Timer.h divided into 2 parts. Shared project has no need to know about GameTime Singleton.
2 Identical structures with different types are now replaced with one generic templated structure and 2 typedefs.

Removed Essence of Wintergrasp from OutdoorPvP and implementation using the spell system.
This will affect Wintergrasp and all Northrend zones, dungeons and raids.

Chaz Brown 2345c5ca8d Change default MOTD text in load from conf (how did this get overlooked?) comment out some nonsense in SetPlayerLimit that was causing the allowedSecurityLevel in realmd to be reset. (I think someone got confused between setting a limit on number of players allowed and the allowed security limit...) You can now Block Players from connecting to certain realms by setting the allowedSecurityLevel in the realmlist - Thanks, raczman for nudging me in the right direction

megamage 6e8009446d [8402] Optimalized guild_eventlog and guild_bank_eventlog loading from database. 
Added config options to set count of eventlog records stored in DB.
    Attached SQL files will DROP existing and create new tables. Make sure you create backup (if you need old data).
    Renamed few variables in Guild class.
